Meet The Stites Financial Team

Bob Stites
Investment Advisor Representative, INVEST Financial Corp.

 

Bob is a native of Ann Arbor, MI graduating from Pioneer High School. Bob played football at University of Michigan from 1984-1987 for the legendary Bo Schembechler. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 with a BGS Degree from the School of LS&A.

After Graduating he worked at Domino's Pizza World Headquarters for a year and a half and attended graduate school at EMU. In 1990, with his twin brother Rick (also a former player) they founded Stites Financial LLC, a Financial Services firm in Ann Arbor. Bob is currently continuing his education at The American College for a financial planning designation. He currently holds his securities registrations series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts), 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), and 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law).  Bob is also licensed for Health and Life Insurance in the State of Michigan.

Besides his Wealth Management Firm Bob serves on a few different boards. Bob is the current President of The University of Michigan M-Club letter winners, and a board member for the DDA in Scio Twp. Bob also donates his time to Motts Children Hospital. He is a past board member of the National Association of Remodeling and the Chelsea Chamber of Commerce.

He continues to live in the Ann Arbor area with his wife and two daughters.

 

Rick Stites
Investment Advisor Representative, INVEST Financial Corp.

 

Twin brother of Bob and co-owner of Stites Financial LLC, Rick Stites has over 24 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry. Rick earned his BS from the University of Michigan in 1988. He was a member of the University of Michigan football team from 1984-1987.

Rick holds series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts), 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), and 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law), Securities Registrations, Health,  Life and Property & Casualty license, and earned the Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation in 1994. A past board member of the local NAIFA, he currently serves as a board member of West Washtenaw Business Association, Builders and Remodelers of Greater Ann Arbor Foundation, and is a member of the Financial Services Institute. His experience and passion for the industry is reflected in his work and client relationships.
